It has a fine earthy umami flavour and a nice texture from creamy to crispy. Tempeh adapts and takes on any given taste. And offers great possibilities in preparation.
As a chef, I am deeply passionate about the process of culturing and caring for ingredients, harvesting them, and transforming them into something both desirable and delicious right in my very own kitchen.
